No. Markwise has a weekly digest on Pro, not spaced-repetition highlight review. Keep Readwise if that habit is the product.
Does Readwise have meaning search?+
Reader search is excellent full-text. Markwise Pro search is meaning-based over titles, summaries, and extracted text. Different indexes, different misses.
Which imports Pocket?+
Both. Reader takes the Pocket file. Markwise Pro bulk import does too. If you only have the CSV, the free Pocket converter can make bookmarks.html.
